barcode cover sheet can be open only once???

Someone told me that when we make a payment for AOS fee, we will receive the receipt. We got the barcode cover sheet on the receipt. But we can only open it one time, so we have to print it out right away. Is that true? But I've read from another forums that we can save it and open it anytime. I haven't open it, because I am afraid it goes wrong, and my husband can't open it later to print it out. So what do I have to do now? I really need help here.

dont worry u can open and close it as many times as u need...

its always better to save it on ur computer so that u wont have to log in/out to print it...

I opted to have it emailed to me my email so I can could save it. THat way you can open whenever you want.

I didn't print it or email it when I paid the fee, and now I cant find it on the website. please help

everytime I click on fee it takes me back to log in page

Go to website ceac.state.gov then click the fee payment. Sign in and then select the IV service. You can now print the IV barcoded cover sheet or email it.
