I dunno, filing the withdrawal letter is straightforward.

Without a sponser on an AOS form, the I-485 can't be adjudicated to a greencard issuance.

IF the greencard was already issued, then yer on the hook for the I-864 unless you can convince ICE that there is visa fraud. They'll want a pile of evidence.

re: addresses to use - start with the local USCIS office, then the first I-797-C receipt notice address, then if you have other addresses, like a transfer office address, use that also. YOU NEED TO TAKE A SHOTGUN APPROACH ON THIS, without knowing where the casefile is...

Here's the other thing - if there is to be an interview, the two of you must show up, if successful green card issuance. WITHOUT YOU THERE at the interview, the greencard will not be issued, there's other stuff going on behind the scenes that I can only guess at. Adjustment of Status from a K-1 visa requires the USCitizen Spouse to be at the interview.

If there is an interview scheduled, you can also show up with the withdrawal letter in hand, give to the interviewing officer.
