Hello again everyone. My fiance got here March 5,2011 and we got married last friday. So now I am doing the paperwork for the AOS. It asks for the I-94 number. Where is that? I thought it would be in her passport, but I cann't find it. Thanks for your help

I think I found the I-94 number,on a white piece of paper attached in the visa, with the entry date stamped on it, But which is the non immigrant Visa Number? the control number, or the number written in red on the middle of the visa, with no identifying name near it?

The number on the I-94 is NOT red. It is black typed ink.

It should be on the top left corner. It should look something like - "123456789 10" 9 numbers then 2 separate numbers.

If you need me to I can scan my I-94 and post it with my personal info omitted.

Thanks Inky, I had the right number. Now then just need the Non Immigrant Visa number. There are 3 number on her visa, 1. Control number on top of visa, Passport number center left, and then a number in red, under the petitioners name. But none of these say Visa number. The question is from the second page of the I-485,5th line down on the left. Then I think I have all the forms filled out.The G-325a, the I-864, the I-485,the I-765, and finally the G-1145. Then I need to make sure I have the fees correct. For the I-485 it is $985 and since it is a K1, we don't need the Biometric fee of $85. And then on the I-765, they say that I have to send $380, or not if I am sending it with a I485? Many forms, many prices, some apply some don't. I am trying to figure it all out. Thanks, Bill

K-1 AOS fee is a flat personal check of 1070$

K-1 does have the biometrics fee, but the fee for I-765, and I-131 is waived when filing with the AOS. All you need is the check for 1070$.

The Visa number is the 8 digit number in red printed on the visa.

Thanks Inky, you answered all my remaining questions. I have filled out the forms, so I will send the forms and supporting documents tomorrow. I thought I read that on K1, you didn't need the biometrics because they were just fingerprinted and medical 3 months ago in China. But maybe that was just saying they didn't need a complete physical again, just a completed shots record. Thanks again, Bill

Correct they just need the vaccination part of the medical, they do need to take the finger prints to prove it is her applying for the AOS and not someone else pretending to be her after entry, also the green card has the finger print ON it that is taken at the biometrics appointment for AOS, as well as the photo taken from biometrics.
