Hello Friends,

Our case is forwarded to consulate in my country and i got pack3 yesterday. My husband fill I-134 form but his income is not enough.. His parents will be our co-sponsor. So my question is it is required to fill I-134 for both himself and his family, right? Or is there any special application for co-sponsors on K3 visa?

Thanks a lot for your help..

Yes, one form I-134 for primary (your USC petitioner Fiance) and one I-134 for the co-sponsor (his parent).

Be sure to have both forms notorized and supplemented with supporting financial evidence.
