RFE of last meeting

Howdy All,

So i received this RFE asking if we've ever met. I thought that by sending pictures of our meeting, etc.. was enough, but what what i failed to include was my entrance stamp on my passport. I can understand why they would need to see dates, because those pictures etc.. did not have any dates on them.

My question is this.. will sending a photocopy of my passport with entrance /exit stamp be enough? to prove that yes, i was actually there. I cannot locate my airline ticket stub anywhere...

thanks

That actually would be enough. As long as it's in the time you met (2yr) requirement and prior to sending in the petition.

Itineraries and stubs, nice - but that doesn't mean you actually used them.

You have to show things that show you as having been in the other country(s) (or the other person here in the US)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
