Hi guys! Just want to share my good news! I finally pulled out my status online for my EAD and AP...and it says,EAD card production and AP has been approved. hoping to get the card this week or next week.

As for my AOS papers, it's still in good hands at the CSC office and hoping to hear from them soon!

So yesterday my lawyer has finally mailed all the requested info for RFE that i got. Hopefully my case will start moving again, it's been way too long without hearing something from immigration . Also would like to get some news about my EAD card sometimes soon... Best of luck all!!!!

Hey co-May filers!

Batya, I did pray for your interview today!Waiting on your news... Got my SSN card in the mail after 5 days, applied on a Mon, got it Sat! Will start work Thurs (tomorrow) as a pre school/day care teacher.

Congrats to all who have made it this far...EAD/AP moving along fine. CSC transfers good luck, hope no interviews for you..usually if from a K1 and transferred to CSC, they don't do interviews anymore.

I lost my marriage certificate at the BMV when I applied for my state ID yesterday!!!!!my interview is on Monday. Grrrrr me!

We still dont have our life insurance policy..I know I know I have til Friday...and I should stop being freaky panicky. Now am questioning myself, why am I here?why am I doing these???ugh! funny huh? Kinda overwhelmed ..credit building, new job, documentation, miss my kids in my country (well one will be here in late Aug to start school in Sept..the lil one is being petitoned by my USC hubby so we're looking at Jan 2012 for her to join us here).

Ok so am off to DMV again to check if we left the original marriage license there..if not, off to county clerk's for a copy and hope they give it to us today. Then follow up insurance agent..and get my written test with BMV on Fri morning, driving skills test on Sat morning.

Woke up at the wrong sid eof the bed with a real bad hair ..worng judgement on my part,used an over the counter relaxer for my ahir..it ruined my mane..venting out, sorry!lol!

Hey Wisenmart..when did you actually apply?? Your time has two dates its seems..(3/23 for AOS) and (5/08) for EAD..did you apply from your EAD after your AOS was sent off??

HI Greec Trojan, I first sent the pckage (I-485, I-765, G-325A. I-693) on March 23rd but got a REF after a month and the whole papers were send back after a month. The problem was a double mistake on the pay check. Then I resent the petition again on May the 8th. When I was updating my time line there was a line that said if I get a REF and when was the application (I-765) resent. I will update my Aos and Correct this mistake .Good luck to you and all May fillers !!!

i really hope so!!!!! i even have hair loss because of this stressful waiting period..ok guys i will continue with my interview: the IO have an accent and i got confused a few times i wasnt able to understand him 100% . First he made us swore that we are telling the truth and bla bla. and after that he opened my AOS package and asked all the questions, where i was born, DOB, the yes/no questions. my hubby is a full time student and his paid intern with NASA ended last month and since i just got my EAD 2 days ago im not employed and he made a comment about it, how come are living with bein unemployed. but trust me he was very very sarcastic with that and the rest of his questions. but my hubby and i were calm and had a natural attitude. after we was finished with my AOS package he asked us why is our attorney not present? we cant afford to pay his fee to be with us now, we answered. Next he asked us about how we met, and he interrupted me every 2 mins . we show him our lease agreement, bank statements and he added "oh anyone can go to a bank to add a person, and it doesnt mean thats joint account" he had comments and questions to everything we said and showed him.. and after that i gave him our photo album, and we do have our pics of the two of us, our marriage was at city hall with my mom,sister and best friend coming from NJ. he asked who was each person and ended up with this comment" Anybody can take photos saying they have a bonafide marriage, and fake it" when he said that i was oh Good lord you know our love is truth and thats all it matters. in other words my friends , he made us feel like we were not telling the truth, he asked lots of tricky questions and did not stop being sarcastic i know thats his job, he took my 1-94 and i told him i have a few job interviews for this week and he said back" you can have it, i wasnt planning to take it" i dont know he was expected us to get nervious because of his attitude but we were very natural. and the IO finished saying that if im approved i must file remove conditions after 2 years. and that we will get an answer within 30 days i think. the interview was stressful , we are a young couple which means we dont have a lot of money and are trying to get our BS degree.we only have one bank account, well my friends that was my day , it wasnt easy, the IO didnt made it easy, of course thats his job and i trust God has everything under control. as i wrote before my interview was at 1:30 ( it was 40 mins long) and a hour ago we received two emails from uscis:

Yay, Batya!CONGRATS!!!!The I-130 gets approved when your I-485 is approved and they would not order card production if they it's not approved. Happy for you!

Oh we had a tornado yesterday. Three tress fell down in our backyard, one knowcked down our power and cable lines. So things I have to do for the Monday interview were put off til today. We lost power, cable, internet, landline phone connections...power came back on 3 hours ago and internet 2 hrs ago so I just got on VJ and excited to hear some good news form the other parts fot he country/world so thanks Batya!That's great news.

We got a new marriage license yesterday before the tornado cuz I lost it at the BMV the other day! Today, we were told by the insurance guy that our life insurance policy is pending as hubby needs to undergo EKG. He will give us a document for USCIS purposes though (stating it's pending medical results)..the intent is there to show co-mingling of resources at least..). Hope his EKG turn out fine..that's his health.

I should stay calm for Monday but am losing sleep already..am telling you!lol!

May filers rocking though!

wow prep mac, i hope you didnt have any lost. i experienced an earthquake and my place got fired my family and i had a total lost of material stuff... what it matters is that you and your spouse are ok.. i didnt get to sleep like 3 days before the interview but the day before i was so physically tired and took 2 pm pills , but you have more marriage evidence than me so im sure you will be fine. im getting ready to pick up my snn printout now is time for my job hunting. Ok my dear friends i hope to get approved or have a notice something confirming it.. Good luck to all
