Hi Dulcinea!

Your post is very encouraging!haha!Hope this Friday or Saturday I get it..am going to Chicago on Sat...grrr! Btw, I did try putting my timeline in the signrture part, it won't go through..said too long nor can I post my pic, said it's too heavy..any suggestions?

Haha no problem! :)

Signature can contain 40 lines max so try to delete spaces between lines, that should work. Picture might be too large, try resizing it. Hope this helps!

we are in the same boat ... i already have my interview for july 20 but no EAD, i need to work ASAP, my hubby is a full time student with a paid intership but its not enough to pay all bills... Im tired of checking my email or mail for any EAD new, ugh ugh ughhhhhhhhhhh :unsure:

No news. :angry:

My husband needs a job! I'm tired of being broke.

Hey has anyone noticed that the estimated timeline for our EAD keeps changing? Each day the estimate moves back a day. I know its only an estimate, but it is still frustrating knowing that the estimate continually changes. Oh well, still putting all my faith and hope into God. This process is very frustrating. Yes, but our GC was approved yesterday! Yours will soon follow!

Ok so now I got another update through text and email that my EAD was approved and that a notice of such was mailed out AFTER the past 2 text and email messages that my EAD card's on production. I know this is not unusual...so I am not alarmed. My EAD case was "touched" 3x from June 30th. That's good. There's progress.

No paper notices yet still from the June 30 and July 6 "on production" notices..I know it will be here soon..I am like in the "I will believe it once I have it in hand" mode..:)..still more 2 docs to go for the July 25th interview - hubby's letter of employment and our life insurance together. We will try to get an auto insurance if I can get my DL given the time frame (no EAD, no SSN, no state ID/DL). At least I got a job waiting for me soon as I get EAD. They said I can do the medical,etc., while waiting on SSN card.

This is all for now..hope to hear from you guys.

Btw, I still can't change my signature to include my timeline even when I deleted lines and spaces, micro-sixed the font...said it's too long..I doubt!.

My timelines:

5/02/11 - sent AOS packet (I-130/I-485/I-765) to Chicago Lockbox

5/04/11 - AOS packet received by Chicago Lockbox

5/23/11 - Received NOA for RFE (I-693)

5/27/11 - Sent RFE to DHS Lee's Summit, MO

6/02/11 - DHS Lee's Summit received REF reply

6/06/11 - Biometrics done at Louisville, KY as per NOA schedule

6/24/11 - Received NOA for July 25 interview in Indianapolis, IN

6/30/11 – Received text and email messages EAD card on production

7/06/11 - Received text and email messages EAD card on production AGAIN!!!

7/07/11- Received text and email messages EAD was approved and USCIS mailed me a notice.

7/25/11 – AOS interview @10am in Indianapolis, IN I-130 Petition for a Minor Child of USC

6/25/11 - Sent I-130 packet for stepchild

6/27/11 – USCIS receipt date

6/28/11 - Received text and email messages stating USCIS received it and moved case to CSC

7/01/11 - Touched

7/02/11 – Received NOA1

05/16/2011: Sent I-130, I-485, I-864, I-131 and I-756 to Chicago Lockbox facility via USPS Express Mail.

05/17/2011: (Day 1): Package received and signed by S BUSH.

05/23/2011: (Day 7): Email + text confirmation for all forms.

05/24/2011: (Day 8): Checks cashed. ($1490) Ouch!!

05/27/2011: (Day 11): NOA received in the mail for all 4 forms.

05/28/2011: (Day 12): Biometrics Appointment letter in mail. Scheduled for June 22nd!

06/03/2011: (Day 18): Email/text received RFE.

06/08/2011: (Day 23): Received RFE letter in mail. Asking for Medical Form, I-693! I sent it already with my application, but I guess they lost it! :/

06/21/2011: (Day 36): Sent RFE response. CS gave me another form I-693 completed and signed.

06/22/2011: (Day 37): RFE package received in Lee's Summit, MO.

06/22/2011: (Day 37): Biometrics done!

06/24/2011: (Day 39): Email/text RFE response received and under review.

07/07/2011: (Day 52): EAD/AP approved, card production ordered.

Congratulations! You'll get the EAD in the mail in a matter of days, and then get the GC after your interview.

With the signature, try typing it in the space instead of doing "copy & paste". That should do it.

My I-765 got returned to me today because of no fees (filed concurrently, which doesn't make sense) and "outdated form" which also doesn't make sense because it say Jan 11. And I also received an email from a company that offered me a job in May asking if I'm going to get the papers soon. :wacko:

Now I need to file again and God knows how long that's going to take. :bonk:

AOS packet sent : 05/19

Received by USCIS: 05/21

NOA Date: 06/21

NOA Hard Copy: 06/26

Biometrics Letter: 06/29 (scheduled for 07/15)

I-765 returned to me (rejected): 07/07

Hmmm...so the reason why it was returned was the use of an outdated form and not really that there is no fee included cuz you filed it with your I-485, right??ugh!!! Sorry about the possible loss of the job offer..well, believe one good will come along in God's own time.
