Filed May 2nd, Received May 3rd. NOA's were May 27th. Transfer notice June 23rd.

Oh ok. Im sure your EAD is right around the corner! Good luck to all of us this week. Im praying that we start hearing some good news, its about that time! Cheers, enjoy the 4th everyone

10/2009 - met online

11/2010 - came here on B1/B2 visa

12/2010 - first meeting in person in Chicago, IL

03/2011 - moved in with him in IN

4/25/11 - got married in Mitchell, IN

5/02/11 - sent AOS packet (I-130/I-485/I-765) to Chicago Lockbox

5/04/11 - AOS packet received by Chicago Lockbox

5/23/11 - Received NOA for RFE (I-693)

5/27/11 - Sent RFE to DHS Lee's Summit, MO

6/02/11 - DHS Lee's Summit received REF reply

6/06/11 - Biometrics done at Louisville, KY as per NOA schedule

6/24/11 - Received NOA for July 25 interview in Indianapolis, IN

6/30/11 – Received text and email messages EAD card on production

7/06/11 - Received text and email messages EAD card on production AGAIN!!!

I finally got an update – checked the status online, it says "On July 5, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you." Well, i hope to get the card by Monday.

The I-485 case still cannot be traced online. I can't even register it for email/text message updates since they tell me it's a none existent case number. Oh, well. I think i'll just wait.

(0) 05/10/2011 - Package sent (I-130, I-485, I-765) via FedEx Overnight

(1) 05/11/2011 - Package Received

(21) 05/31/2011 - checks cashed

(27) 06/06/2011 - NOA received for I485, I765, I10; appontment letter for BIO ( 06/29)

(50) 06/29/2011 - Biometrics done ( tried to walk in on 06/20, was refused in Elizabeth, NJ)

(56) 07/05/2011 - EAD card production ordered

(59) 07/08/2011 - another update EAD card production ordered on 07/08/2011

(66) 07/12/2011 – interview letter received for Aug 15, EAD approved, letter sent out on 07/11

That happens sometimes. The blue dot on USCIS page will bounce back and forth a couple times and then card will come in the mail shortly after. :)

By the way, can you please put your timeline in your signature so you don't post is every time?

Thanks everyone. It's been almost a year to the day since we started the process. What a relief. Now I hope it gets to us within a reasonable time. It says "within 30 days" but hopefully we get it sooner.

I got my biometrics done on the 23rd June and haven't heard a word from USCIS. I need a SSN to start my enlistment with the US AIR FORCE. Don't know what to do?

05/19/2011 Petitions disptached.

05/23/2011 Checks cashed.

06/06/2011 Acceptance letter received.

06/06/2011 Biometrics appointment notice received in mail.

06/23/2011 Biometrics appointment completed.

06/24/2011 I765 and I485 status successfully pulled up.

06/30/2011 I765 case status touched!

07/05/2011 Turned 22 but no update from the immigrations.

After reading all the post I started to expect my EAD as a birthday gift but it didn't happen :(

09/02/2011 Green Card in hand and done till 2013!

04/02/2012 Shipped to BCT with the US ARMY.

04/18/2012 Naturalization Interview @ Fort Jackson.

06/14/2012. Citizenship Certificate received.

Why didn't you get your SSN when you first arrived? You don't need a Green Card or EAD for a SSN.
