How do you find out your case has been approved over the phone, just call that 800 number on the notices? That's what I've been doing, but I just wanted to see if there was a different number. The 800 number I keep calling just has an automated voice that reads the online case status aloud. I'm getting impatient.

I'm sure it offers other options. Try the other options until you can get someone on the phone.

You can track your case online, it's easier and faster than calling them.

Yes, that's the only reason. I have a job offer scheduled to start in a couple weeks, so I faxed the job offer letter, my NOA1s and a Privacy Form they have on their website. The Senator's representative submitted my docs to her contact at USCIS and they approved my expedition.

I suggest you try to contact your senator/congressman.

Thanks for the info. I'll better get that paper (job offer) then.

I always call the 1-800 number and press the option that is something like 'case file status' then 'i lost my case file number' and you always get someone on the phone in less than like 5 minutes. I think though that if you speak with a customer service person they can only see the same info you see on the website.

My EAD and AP case numbers still do not show on the website - so they always put me through to an officer for updates since they can't see the information either.

Hope this helps.

though my EAD is still not found.I spoke to a customer representative and they couldn't get any info either so they suggested that i would email uscis webmaster after a week. They were very nice and helpful customer representatives, too!

I didn't get a NOA for my I-765 application (hard copy). Notice that I didn't attach an extra g-1145 for my I-765 form so I wasn't expecting a text and an e-mail but I thought they would still send a hard copy? So I'm wondering if this is normal. Also if I register on their website will I be able to see it on there?
