I filed on 23rd May and I have my biometrics on 23 June but they still cant pull my case status online.

Hi!We have somewhat the same timeline I filed on May 24th and got biometrics appointment set for June 23rd! though i had a successful walk-in biometrics today. But yeah,i can't pull my case status either,it said cannot be found. I maybe just wait til i get a notice in the mail of what's going to happen next.

I will go for the biometrics on the 23rd as set. But I called USCIS and they said that my case is being handled at the NSC. And i shall be able to pull up my record by the 27th June as it is exactly activated after 30 days of the day the checks were cashed. So just keeping my fingers crossed and looking forward to the further communications as per the case progress.

Well may god have his mercy on me and help me get through this tedious process.

Oh man, what a bummer!! But hey, at least it's something easy to fix I'm waiting for my hard copy, wondering what it can be.. I really thought my lawyer put everything together..

The Form 1-693 you submitted is incomplete. The Civil Surgeon's Certification in Part 5 is blank, missing or not signed.

Please refer to your civil surgeon to properly complete Form 1-693. You need to submit a properly completed Form 1-693,

Report of MedicaI Examination and Vaccination Record, (Rev. 06/05/08 or later). The vaccination record must be completed by

a civil surgeon who has been designated by USCIS.

Now, I know part 5 was not missing as I supplied the CS with the I-693 form.

I sent my AOS on 5/5/2011 , and yesterday got my USCIS notice for the interview for 7/20/2011 !! 2 months and a half, still no EAD updated.. i really need it ASAP, is that normal to get the interview notice before the EAD ?

Just checked online and my AOS case was transferred to CSC on June 15th. I hope this is a good thing. Good luck to everybody!!!

It happens, but you'll probably get your EAD before the interview date.

Looks like CS didn't fill out Part 5 or didn't sign it (or both). Go back and have them properly complete another I-693. It was their mistake so they shouldn't charge you again.
