Dear forum,

I've just received mail from NVC on May 7, 2011. while in the letter is April 14, 2011 (it seems takes 23 days on the way from NVC to my home).I have already emailed the letter to choose agent (i use the email template from wiki), instead sending the DS-3032 form that I received from NVC. My husband already make an online payment for AOS fee. We did all that May 8, 2011. But untill now it still "on process" in the payment statusm and i haven't got any responds for my email. Is it normal? Actually, how long should it take to go to the next step? And what is the next step? What should I do now, should I just wait? Or any other thing I have to do? I really don't know, cause it seems stuck in this point. I really need some info.

Thanks before,

Dina

Hey dear.

You have to wait til your status be PAID. Right after that the other fee (IV) will be avaiable to pay. Make the payment online and wait your status be PAID. When it happens you will print off the cover sheet and will get all documents required (AOS and IV package) following these requirements:

AOS package

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

IV Package

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

And if I were you I would e-mail them again or would call NVC asking about that. I received a response when I emailed the DS-3032.

Good luck!

Hi Caroline,

Thank you so much for your reply. I'm so happy, my email got a response this morning from NVC. Also my payment status is PAID. So what to do next? I need to open my receipts to get my barcode cover sheet right? But someone told me to print it out right after I open it, because it only can be open one time. Is that true? I haven't open it, because my printer is not work right now. So I'm afraid to open it, since I think it can be open only once.

Dont worry about it, I opened million times before I printed it off. It is in pdf format so you can save on your computer just in case.

Ok now your husband will have to make the AOS package:

• BARCODED Cover Sheet (to be printed from web when your status is PAID online for AOS bill)

• Your OWN cover sheet listing what documents are in the package, so they're easy for the reviewer to locate

• Completed I-864 signed

• Original Employment Letter

• Most recent tax return (all forms)

• Copy of PAY STUBS for current year (showing how much money you have made year to date)

• Last 3 years Tax transcripts, W-2 and/or 1099 (any source of income) OPTIONAL

• SPONSOR: I-864 + all above documents for sponsor. Each sponsor that lives in the same household as the petitioner, should use I-864a, instead of I-864

• Make 2 extra copies of this package. Send 1 copy to the beneficiary

NVC will send you another e-mail saying that the IV fee is avaiable. Your husband will log into the website (same he paid AOS fee) and pay it off. Here is the same thing after you have the status PAID, you will print the cover sheet and you will get your civil documents, DS-230 form and etc, have a look on this link: http://travel.state..../info_3190.html to make sure you dont miss any document.

Mail everything to NVC and wait 20 business days till they process your documents and forms. I am on this step! :D
