Is it necessary to return a copy of the I-134 only or a copy with an original signature on the I-134 affidavit of support and co-sponsor if it applies to you as well ? along with the EMS label, together with the forms DS-230 and OF-169 as well as a copy of the bio page of your beneficiary's current passport, to the Consulate when returning your " P3 " ..... All doucments are needed to be original with signature except a copy of the bio page of your beneficiary's current passport.

then download and read the OF-169.
