After my wife receives her *Conditional* green card, can she travel and come back safely without any problems?

She has over stayed for well over 10 years, will the POE turn her way? Or do any chances exist..?

Thanks!

Once she has her greencard, the previous overstay is irrelevant. She can travel as she likes, as long as she maintains residency.
