NOA2 Approval was 4/27....still no record of Case at NVC. I check AVR and call CS everyday. I'm getting lots of confusing info. Historical data says approx 7 days for arrival at NVC. USCIS says it may take up to 90 days for case to be recieved at NVC...sounds crazy, never heard of that. NVC says, depending on who you talk to, 7-15 days. I have sent an email with copy of approval notice to NVCResearch...they replied they would contact USCIS to try and find the case. I specifically asked could it be in AP and everytime they say NO...it's not in our system.

Should I panic ?????

Oh...NVC CS says that K1 I-129Fs are just pass throughs...meaning i asked...they just come and go quickly, not much is checked at NVC on thses. The embassy does all the work on verifying everything is legit. That's what they tell me anyway.

Yes, I remember seeing your update PreciousOne. That's my concern, why is it taking so long???? USCIS says it was approved on 4/27 but will not say that it was mailed. Surely they track those things. NVC still says no record in thier system. I am really pissed now. It's like you can't find anyone that cares enough to hunt this down. Everyone gove me these outlandinsh time frames...90 days, 15 day, it changes no matter who you talk too. Called NVC tonight and the CSR said since my approval notice says the petition was mailed to the US embassy in manila, they would not have a record. I told her that ws not accurate info...to check with her super and she did. Of course she was wrong...all petieions have to go through the NVC.

Well, it's very frustrating to get this far wothout a problem and now it appears the petition is lost....arrgghhhhhh!
