Its for Imediate relative ... The mother of a US citizen.... the mother has I-94,, B2 visa it expired in 1998...the mother has been here ever since just as a housewife never worked outside the house or any trouble....

I have read every post and many different sites some of the answers i got were to write.

1.. Vistor

2.. B2

3.. B2 overstay

4. Filing I-485

5. Filing I-130 and I-485

6 etc etc cant think of all the others right now

We are filing concurrent I-130 with the I-485 also should i file the I-765 the mother doesnt need to work till the case gets approved... but it would be nice if you dont think it would further complicate things?

Thank You

Options 1, 2, or 3. They will figure it out with your documentation, but "I-485 filer" is not a status until you have actually filed.

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
