Trying to fax off DS-230 to Vancouver, not working

Anybody going through the Vancouver Consulate that happens to be having a hard time faxing their forms off for Packet 3?

I sent the online form like 4 days ago but I still can't fax off my checklist OR my DS-230 Biographic Data.. So frustrating!

Fax number I have for Vancouver is (604) 688-8537, can someone help and see if there is another number? I can't find anything :(
