Having trouble registering with CSC for DHL

I'm trying to get my packet 3 and 4 things together and currently i am working on my CSC registration. I followed all of the steps and all of my information is there, but for the life of me I cannot get this drop down box with the DHL locations to show up. The steps don't even mention DHL even when I select the Courier Information and follow every page exactly.
