Will it be a problem If i the petitioner would log into my beneficiary email account to send the email for the ds-3032. She is scared and does not want to make a mistake. She is using a hotmail account.

Yup go for it, I did mine the same way and no problems. They accepted it next day!

I mean if they want to get really scary they could start to track I.P. addresses to check where the e-mail actually orientated from. If it got that bad, it would be downright scary.

Go for it. The majority if people do it this way.

I think if you want for sure. Why don't you ask the beneficiary to send it by him/herself? It would be so much secure and avoid all the possible problems. I am the beneficiary, and I sent it a few days ago. I have the email template from wiki http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

I sent it to NVCinquiry@state.gov on May 8, and got a reply this morning May 11. I hope my reply can help you.

Because my husband didn't understand what he had to do to resend the DS3032 with taking out the forwarding stuff and my directions. It's hard to do over the phone let alone when me explaining it in his language doesn't help that much!

There are free remote internet tapping software (teamview) that allows you to log into the others PC and be able to control it just like you could control your own. This is if you are in fear of I.P. address being tracked and traced back to USA instead of Beneficiary's country.

This is how I fix my wife's computer and remote server in India all the way here in Ohio!

My husband and I use the software also, I am a big klutz with computers so he saves my hide from time to time.

To the OP: go ahead no problem, I helped my aunt to petition for her parents created e-mail accounts for all 3 of them and gave my aunt all the info. As it turns out I am the one accessing and sending e-mails to nvc using their accounts because they are so afraid of messing something up.

as a side note, Visa journey has made me educate myself on matters of immigration as well as taxes lol. My family calls me with all sorts of questions
