Marriage Certficate No Signatures

Hi,

If someone could help me with my question, I would very much appreciate it.

I was married in India in a government registar office. A few days after the marriage, I was given a government marriage certificate. I came back to the US and when I looked at the certificate, it does not have my signature, the bride's signature, or the witness' signature. It only has the names spelled out. Will that cause an issue. Do I need to get these documents signed somehow?

Thanks

x2.

My certificate does not have either mine or my wife's signature. Just the Stamp and Signature of the Registrar of Vadodara (City in India where we are from).
