hi guys,

I am a US Citizen and trying to bring my sister here...5 years ago my wife and I had a baby and my sister wanted to come here and see our baby...she applied for a tourist visa and got rejected 3 times in the last 5 years...their reason was that I came here on a student visa and married and got my citizenship...they said what if she does the same thing...she has not tired anymore after 2008...

she has no intention on staying here just to visit...she is a doctor in Istanbul,Turkey and has even got a visa for UK. she has been to London and some other parts of Europe...

last week my nice applied for a work and travel visa and was approved...now I am loosing my mind...

What to do, what to do......?

any advice would be appreciated...

karma...

Have sister provide strong ties to Turkey - employer letter giving her x amount of days for vacation with expected return date, proof of home ownership (mortgage) or lease, any credit obligations, bank account statements, list of family members remaining in Turkey (husband, childrend, parents)....

I think you posted this same question sometime back http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/305657-rejection-of-previous-visa/

Then also the answer was same, your sister is single and assumstions are if they let her in the country she would find someone and get married to stay in US.

If you sisters situation has changed since she last applied for the B1/2 then the decision would change, she needs strong ties to her home country which shows her intention are only to visit and not stay in US.

They see at your case and they compare her to your case and assume she would do the same to stay in the country.
