Co Sponsor I864's

One I-864 for each of them, so three total. There are many common errors in completing these forms. Most of them occur because we trust our common sense and intuition instead of following the instructions. The most common mistake is to count your spouse twice. The second is to list the other immigrants in the section that asks about family members immigrating at the same time. If you do, you will have ignored this little tidbit. "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition."

So for your spouse's affidavit enter 0 for 21c but enter 1 in the same place for each of the children's affidavits. Don't count the children twice on the children's affidavits, if there are only two children enter 1 in section 21d on the children's affidavits because the other child is already being counted as the immigrant. Count both children on your spouse's affidavit but again, don't say you're sponsoring other immigrants because, "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition."

Folks, I found this info and its clear to me how I should fill my three I 864's. However I am afraid I am confused when it come to my Co sponsor. He must count the two kids as dependents in my wife I864, and one kid and other dependent on each kid's I864?

Help please

I'm not sure just what TO do in this case but no, he does not list the children as HIS "other dependents". The joint sponsor may well actually list the children in Part 3, item 9. I would call NVC directly and ask this question. I haven't dealt with it before.
