We had the same concern when filing in the beginning of April, and we ended up using the expired form, since no other was available.

I found a page somewhere on the USCIS website that states that some older versions of the I-130 are accepted:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

It says, under Edition: 11/23/10; (06/14/10, 05/27/08; 01/31/08 editions also accepted)

They just haven't gotten around to updating it, I guess.
