So when I receive the letter of intent I should go ahead and send it in before any RFE is sent to me? How will I know what address to send it to?

Like other said, just wait. I remember I made a mistake when I sent mine and it went without RFE. Have it ready in case you receive an RFE.

What did you hire your Attourney for? If you started with the Attourney then it is best you end with Attourney on the Approval of the NOA2 and Visa which is commom in their Contracts with Suckers Like You and Me who Hired one. (They never Guarantee an Approval but the Fee remains the same)

It is True that sometimes you just have to wait for a RFE. Others reconized the mistake and sent Futhur Documents. As far as where to send it too: Discuss that with your Attourney and explain your Questions about "No Letter of Intent" included, they will know where to mail it too. Problem is: The Attourney sometimes will not acknowledge the mistake and tell you your worried about nothing.

To be a : Immagration Attourney requires they pay an Annual Fee so they can be reconized as a Member.

It is True, wait for the RFE. And it is Not. Be prepared.

If it was me. I would call my Attourney FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Discuss this.
