Hi there, I have a question for all, I am getting the pre NOA2 nervous spells. I met my Fiance online in 2007 and since then he has traveled here to the USA 10 times and I have been to the UK 8 times. We included loads of pictures of us together dated and located for the past 4 years from both here and in the UK. Also I sent photocopies of our stamped passport pages showing our entry into each others countries. But that's it. You think that's enough or you think we will got an RFE? I have lots of Airline ticket stubs and email receipts from the plane tickets I just thought the passport was the best evidence.

ALSO, My Fiance was put into care when he was very little and as a result doesn't know (or care to know) his biological parents. As a result he doesn't know their birth dates. We called and asked USCIS what to do and they said any info you don't have just mark it "unknown". We did that but I am still freaking out about that too.

Sorry for the ramble lol  Any help, advice or similar shared experience would be appreciated :D

Hiya, I think what you have submitted is enough, You can only put donot know as the form says, we had forgotten to answer one question so here we are still waiting for our NOA2 , we responded to the RFE , which they have acknowledged, so we sit and wait and hope that they will approve our application real soon and send us our NOA2. Good luck and keep the faith all will be okay.

I sent 6 pictures, and 1 copy of a passport stamp. Two pages of chats, and a couple boarding passes. No RFE. Had interview in April, they didn't ask for any other proof. Visa in hand ready for POE May 20th :-) You will be fine with what you sent.

I was adopted as a baby. I used my parents that raised me on the forms not my biological. But of course it was a legal adoption and they were listed as my parents on the birth certificate. I did take adoption records with me to the interview but was never asked for them.

So on the Original 129-F where it asks for parents information what did you write? If you wrote: Unknown that would be a honest Answer. (Re: US Citizen) Also the 129-F asked for his Birth Certificate. If USC your OK.

Sounds like your Finace' was raised a Foster Child and both Parents Abondoned him. Sad but sometimes true.

Your pretty early in the process to worry about this. Your Fiance' will have records going way back to cover this Issue.

My best advice? Don't worry about an RFE til you get one. You probably wont anyway! (I submitted just the passport pages and we were approved without an RFE.)

Hey thanks for all your replies. I guess with it getting closer to the 5 month mark I am starting to panic a bit lol. Anyway if there is a problem with the birth dates the best we can do is give them birth years. We did manage to find that but it is all that was on record. Somehow I am thinking unknown will be good enough or at least I hope so! I am just hoping the photos of us and passport pages is enough proof of a relationship. Either way till I get the NOA2 I'll be a little jumpy  But if they want more proof I got it!
