Where to buy airplane ticket? online or travel agent?

use kayak.com and look for Korean Air, its a wonderful airline and cost about a $1300 round trip

totally agree on not using china air and avoiding china if you can I paid 1100 rt for mine from little rock ar to manila on orbitz. cheapest i have had in a while. Only booked month in advance. Was cheapest by far 500 dollars cheaper than anyone else. Almost my cheapest of my four trips out there. Flying Delta and i have used many carriers. But yes stay away from china airlines they are cheap for a reason and if you do ANYTHING that can be construed as wrong in China they will hold you. I had a lighter in my CHECKED baggage (refillable and empty no less) and they tried to detain me from my flight. and i did not get my bags for weeks after i returned to us. I had no problems with that before through US JAPAN TAIWAN and PHILIPPINES.

if they are filipino citizens they can buy 1 ways but if you are not, its best you buy round trip. They dont have to let you enter the country if you cant prove you have a round trip ticket

I have been searching flight costs for the past 2 weeks and the lowest I have found was 2,027.00 total for each adult from Charleston South Carolina to Manila. Last trip I paid 1,400 total and was 2 years ago.

International airlines are applying BRUTAL fuel surcharge fees right now. $420 surcharges on flights to Europe are common.

Hopefully, the price of oil will settle down to about $90 soon. Price dropped $5+ today.

I suggest trying http://www.asaptickets.com/ . I have purchased tickets from them a couple times round trip from DFW to MNL for around $1200. One time with only 3 day advance purchase.

I Agree...Korean Air is nice Airline.I flew it once from LAX to Seoul for 2 hour layover then you can Fly Straight from there to either Cebu where I went or Manila! Flight Attendants are VERY NICE! and they are reasonable!
