Hi. I had an RFE too for the same thng. My SO is not from the Philippines however they should list on the RFE what they need from you. Mine they had just listed a copy of one of our passports with the stamps in there to show that one of us had been in the other's country. I sent that in no problems. But also a copy of either of you or your SO boarding pass when you went to me other one is also a good example of primary /initial evidence. May I ask what you did send in for evidence?

Is a boarding pass really necessary? I wish I didn`t lose mines. The only proof I sent them was a copy of my stamped passport stating when I entered and left Pakistan which was very recent.

No it's another good form or initial evidence you could send this in instead of copy of your passport with the stamps. We didn't have a copy of our boarding passes either.

we also got an RFE email from USCIS on April 18 and received the hardcopy on the 22nd. They were asking for us to prove that my fiance and i have met within the 2 year period prior to filing the I-129F petition. We got confused and a little worried coz we already sent all the documents they were asking from us. Anyway, we decided to send them another set of the documents on the the 28th. USCIS received our response on May 2nd... and we got our NOA2 approved on the 10th Read the RFE notice and follow the instructions carefully. And submit your response ASAP. You will be alright.

IF more documentation is needed, is there another fee, or have to start all over again with the documentation? Or do they just put the case "on hold" until the info requested gets sent in? Im going to visit PH in 04/2017, but would like to send in what documents I currently have (knowing my petition is incomplete) and just send the remainder in when I get back.. thoughts? Just trying to speed up the process ..if thats possible, Lol
