I'm a little confused on exactly how that should be written.

"G-325A Attachment for Date and Place of Marriage and Date and Place of Termination of Marriage A# None"

What is the "A# None", is that the alien registration #?

In this case I don't think there would be "Part Y" as there is no header for that question, so it would simply be...

Question: Date and Place of Marriage

Question: Date and Place of Termination of Marriage

Correct?

I think what you are thinking is make an attachment for each question. Thats not necessary one page will be enough for all your responses to the questions.

So the title of the page should list who it is for and their A# if applicable ( you are just identifying whose G-325A this attachment is for.

Yes list whatever question # you are responding to or whatever you think is appropriate. There's no set format, they just need to be able to figure out what you are referring to. I would make sure you list the # as they may be used to dealing with the number not the question itself.

Thank for the information. I will put it to good use.

Some additional questions:

I am also wondering about the Date and Place of Marriage and Date and Place of Termination of Marriage fields. Is that just the date and the country, or do they expect more than that? How detailed does it need to be?

There is not enough space to put a full address, and if we need to expand it onto another (properly titled) peice of paper, what do we put on the main G-325A form?

I just put the date and state. If it is for the foreign fiance, I think just the date and country would work as well, or city and country abbreviation? You could neatly hand write in black ink the city and country. No address is needed here. If you think you need to add more, then you can always use the supplemental sheet for it.
