Does casa require I-134 for a K-3, and also can you have a co sponsor for I-134. I assume both I-864 and I-134 still have to be notarized, sorry i have so many questions, i am like the rest of you, i just want to make sure i do everything right and to be with my husband.

thank you

mary

According to an email they sent to me an I-134 is not needed but in reading some reviews from others who went through Casa it is up to the individual who interviews you. I sent a notorized on just to be sure. A co-sponsor is fine. Good luck on the rest of journey.
