Hello,

First, I'm sorry if I had to post this to the incorrect forum. I am trying to figure out how to post it on the regional (Philippines) forum but I just don't know why. For that, I apologize..

I am planning to have my medical on the 18th with my NOA2, passport, photos, and manila case number. We don't have the appointment letter yet but based on what I've read, I can have it as long as I know the manila case number. If I'm wrong, I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions.

I am just wondering... when I pay my medical fee, are vaccinations included? If not, do you know how much each or total? Thank you!

We are still waiting for NOA2 but based on what I read, passport, photos and MNL case number with your NOA2 are okay when you go for your medical exam. I guess the amount of $213 covers everything from vaccination to xray and other medical procedures. Good luck and God bless! :)

It is what i was told also. Perhaps you may bring a copy of the NOA2. i had the letter of eligibility from embassy though; just the same they asked for the appointment letter. i scheduled my interview before I received the letter however.

The vaccines were included in the fee...I had 3; but not everything that were listed as requirement for change of status. There is 1 k that is not available locally, accdg to the med tech, and u really have to get in US. The other 1, they said could not be administered if you plan on getting pregnant w/in a month. The other vaccine was for chicken pox, since i couldn't show them any scars.

Good luck!

I had my medical last Wednesday and Thursday and I only have the xerox copy of my NVC letter, passport and 2x2 pictures but they asked for other copy of my letter from the embassy and confirmation letter.

Vaccinations are included in the medical fee. I got two shots, Tdap and MMR, if I'm not mistaken. I didn't get the vaccine for the chicken pox because the doctor found a mark and said it's a chicken pox mark but it's really a small pimple mark tongue.giflaughing.gif

The vaccinations are included in the medical fee.

Chinook only received two vaccinations at St. Lukes, Tdap and MMR. She was not required to get any more vaccinations here in the U.S. when she adjusted her status.

Good luck with your medical and the rest of your visa journey! :star:

How do I get my NOA2? Is it going to be mailed to me? Because the only notice of approval that was sent to us is a 1 page paper that was sent to my fiance in the US. Does he need to mail that NOA2 to me here in the PI?

No. He can scan the NOA2 and send it to your email. medical at slec does NOT need the original NOA2,Only thing i brought in as originals is my passport andID pictures.
