need some advice.

i am an immigrant here in guam, my greencard was released last dec 2010. i went back to the PI to get married last january 2011. i started working last march. question is, can i file for a petition to my wife now? or do i have to wait for certain time to file it? what are the initial documents i need?

What sort of visa did you arrive with? The answer to your questions may be relevant to this. Assuming there is nothing preventing you from sponsoring your wife, you can file an I-130 for her now. The current wait for an F2A from the Philippines is about 4 years.

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

yes you can file a petition for your wife NOW... intital documents will be marriage cert. for you too... any divorce cert. from previous marriages if necessary... the I130 form, supporting documents to the marriage.

It is not true. Once you fill in the Affidavit of Support (not at initial filing), you will need to show that you having filed taxes.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

That has to do with the affidavit of support. If you intend to be the sole sponsor then you must prove you have sufficient income for your household size - 125% of the poverty guidelines. The prior year's tax return is required evidence. If you plan on having a joint sponsor then it won't matter.
