Hello there,

I was wondering if I can mail first the application for the work permit separately because I need to start working here as soon as possible and then the application for adjustment of the status + affidavit of support?

Or everything has to go together?

If you mail it separately its another 400+ $ for the EAD - work permit.

If you mail it together with AOS, then it is free.

Totally up to you if you want to pay another 400$ on top of 1070$.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
