Someone help us please

Hello, we have an interview at the local office on Tuesday. When we applied for Adjustment of Status we just sent the vaccine form that was given to me at my medical in London, UK. We do not have an I-693A form. We did not receive an RFE but now I am worrying that the local office will make this an issue. The places that I have called about having it done want to give me the full physical. I can't seem to find one that knows what I am talking about even after I explain that I do not need a physical and why.

Please give us some advice on what we need to do or what will happen if we go to teh interview without the I-693A. We did submit the vaccine records form that I got at the medical in England though. Will that be enough?

Hi,

I had the same dilemma and went today to a Civil Surgeon and got my i-693A for $25. I was going to take a chance and just submit my vaccination supplement but after reading some experiences on here, decided not to take the chance.

If you call the Civil Surgeons in your area, explain that you have had the medical and just need the i-693A. It's usually $20-35. The one I called knew what it was and I was in and out within 10 mins.

Thank you. I haven't found anyone yet who knows what I am talking about or who doesn't want to give me a full medical. It is good to know that I will still be given time if teh document that I have isn't good enough. I still don't know why we have the interview next week when we only filed in June.

Your having your interviews so soon because your offices aren't as busy as others. Nothing more to it than that.

I'll be anxious to see if you get full approvals or approvals pending name check.

I'm hoping for the former, of course.
