Has there been any K3 approvals??!!

Looks like this will be abother slow action week. I did see about 4-5 approvals from the time I was MIA

Dipsticks -- when my naturalization went beyond the period in which I was told I could expect to hear from them, then I scheduled an Infopass appointment, and bam, two days later my approval was mailed out. I didn't even have to go to the appointment!

If you have the time I don't think it can hurt to go in and check - especially if they are outside their own range. I think it might be enough to bring someone's attention to your application, or not, but no harm trying Oh - and I personally don't think there's any point calling, as far as my experience has been, the people on the 1-800 line are pretty much useless.

oh man it sucked i was tempted so bad to con on here or check the status but Adiel was right.....nothing even happened while I was gone. Not even one touch. I think our 130 is past due now the 90 days we have a receipt notice for June 15th and the 129 has a notice for july 18, should I be calling now or do I keep on waiting?

Thanks every one for the support. I called USCIS and well I was told that if it has not been 6 months they really dont have an update.

Hey Dipstick I missed you!!!........Why don't you try writting your congressman girl!! I really hope our prayers are heard and you get approved soon........Don't think it gets better after approval, I am now stressing hoping my K3 gets to NVC then I know I will be stressing it get to the emabssy and then the final stress of an interview!! ARRGG

Hey guys cheer up!!! Things will get moving for you and once they do, you will say it wasn't so bad afterall! Ian sent back his packet 3 to the London Embassy and they seem to have lost it. So....off Ian went to resend it...this time through DHL...still no such luck. We have proof from both the Royal Mail and DHL that the cases were successfully delivered but they are still saying that they haven't recieved it. Meanwhile, others have sent theirs back the same time we did or shortly after and are getting their interview dates!!! It really sucks being so close......yet so kin far....Chins up guys.....we will all get there in the end..~

no news??? it feels so depressing to not be with your husband or wife... and then EVEN worse to see people who filed weeks after you getting approved in no time... i call and call and still nothing.. what could be a reason its still taking so long???

Question did your case go directly to the consulate and did your NOA 2 have the embassy case number?? Or did it go to NVC??

I was approved on the 26 sept so I guess I should know something by the 14 oct???

Alicia please don't take this the wrong way....Why did it take you 9 months to file after marrige? Isn't your case in CDJ ?? Do you have an interview date ? If your K3 has not been approved but your CR1 is already at the embassy don't stresss the K3 it moves the same as th CR1 in the list!!

Take it easy and find out whats happening in Mexico....Don't forget he was deported so there is an additional step once he gets approved in the emabasy.........Not to be nosey, just to give you info.......Was he arrested and then deported or was he arrested just because of immigration??
