Its been 16 months we married and I just became US Citizen Filed my I 129 F and Upgraded my I 130 to US Spouse

I Just been Waiting for So Long to be with my wife , I hope this waits Ends soon

I know what you mean about feeling selfhing when making this type of request. Still when we mean something from the bottom of our heart Im sure God will know it. We are not praying just for us we are praying for every one that is enduring this long and crazy process and for him give us the virtue of paticence as we wait our turn to be with our loved ones. Lets syncranize prayer times! Im in the central time zone. 1 pm cst ok for you?

My daily prayer would be "God I know you have starving children.....sick ppl.......Dying elderly and those that need your help because don't know what how to deal with stress.......but I have a lil favor to ask of you.....Can I skip the line just this time and get my husband here.......I want to wake up next to him without paing $400 dolllars for a ticket $300 for a car....and $600 for hotel?? Well God thanx for everything and please don't forget its just this one time!!" Amen

You know Dip Stick I am firm believer in prayer but I feel really selfish asking for my petition to be approved.....I'm sooo silly I guess Catholic school didn't work!! Please dpn't get offende I mean no harm......

Its not a good feeling that I even can not track the K3 case online,2 months now,still can not track online!!!!My hubby is going to make a call to them tomorrow to check how the case status is.Wish they will tell hubby some good news though It will def be the best birthday present for me tomorrow.

Thanks dip sticks! When we tried to track our case status online,it came out by :

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application.

It came out by the same message since 20 JULY till today! I dont know...,maybe we need to call and check with a immgration officer. We thought our lawyer will sort this out,so we never call ourself.Anyway,wish we can get get our apprpval notice before end of SEP,i really hope so!

Yuan I know its hard when I say don't despair. Lots of people on the forum had the same problems tracking their number. Does your recipt number start with MSC? Did you verify that your lawyer sent the paper work to the correct service center? For some reason there is a pattern for k3s. Its like they work on petitions and there is approvals left right for a week or so then.......it all goes dry for weeks. Im thinking that when they do approvals they also update recipt numbers and enter them into the system. A bunch of us were able to track our petitions online the week that lots of k3 got approved. Before hand we were also waiting for ages in the dark. I suggest you call USCIS your self. Lawyers wont do much for you unless you stay on their toes and even then calling USCIS is not the priority of their day. Its better to call your self and try and get some answers first hand.

Hey there,thanks to Libersolis and dip-sticks. Yes,my recipt number start with MSC,and yes ,our lawyer sent the paperwork to chicago where process K3.The first notice we got for K3 also sent by Chicago. My hubby will call it himself tomororw,i hope! I went to driving exam today(dont have time to talk to him yet),and i passed it!!!!!!! WISH the coming week is OUR WEEK!

Hi everyone,can you beleive this??!! My hubby called the USICS yesterday,they explained to my hubby that its comman that can not track online for our case,even for 2 months...... Is this possible,does anyone have te same situation before? I thik 2 months is just too long .

Yes Yuan its sad but true, lots of people went through this. some of them were not able to track even after time..... they just got an approval in the mail. Sorry that you are having this problem.

Well, I am not sure about other people but I sent my case in on the 9th of September and I was able to see the status online on the 13th and was touched on the 14th and the 15th of this very September..
