Has there been any K3 approvals??!!

I'm seriously hoping for many more K-3 approvals very, very soon. I was a compulsive USCIS website status "checker", too, for several months. It's going to take me a while to break that habit, I'm afraid. But I'm happy to finally get to do it!!!

I'll be keeping tabs on the rest of my fellow K-3 visa travelers everyday. You're in my prayers....

Ok so this week has been just dead of us K3's. I have lost hope for any action today. I feel like we have been abandaonded. My moroals are on the floor . Tried calling my hubby but I cant reach him at the moment. Its one of thoes days where your spirits just fall to the ground. Maybe its for lack of sleep maybe its for thinking too much about all this waiting. I will put my self in a mental institue soon. I feel like im falling into a depression or im going insane or maybe both. Im happy to see people get approved and every day I wake up hopeing that its our lucky day but nothing. Its hard to see people who have filed way after us get approved. Especially K1 they are going thorough the process like nothig. Some people that have filed after us have either or approved the 130 or the 129 and it just makes your heart sink with tears wondering if we fell of the desk or something. Sorry for going on about non sense words. I just needed to let some thing out before i completely went bonkers . I miss my hubby so much. We are going on two years Dec 31 since we got married its hard being apart. Im sure many of you can relate.How do you all cope? Any tips? I need a ray of hope from uscis something before i crack. Im rock bottm right now.

Are you aware that the number of petitioners filing for a K1 visa vastly supercedes the number of petitioners filing for a K3 visa?

Using the Timeline Search feature on this website, you can see that for this website alone, there are only 800+ K3 petitions in the database--approved and pending--but there are over 4000+ K1 petitions in the database--approved and pending. That is 500%.

So it's completely consistent to see a lot more K1 approvals than K3 approvals. That means, for every one K-3 visa approval, you should see five K1 visa approvals. For every two K3 visa approvals, you should see ten K1 visa approvals and for every three K3 visa approvals, you should see fifteen K1 visa approvals. For every ten K3 visa approvals, you should see FIFTY K1 visa approvals.

Considering that your SO is in London, your processing will speed up considerably once it passes USCIS. You should be offering your sympathies to people in the Dominican Republic or China who have to wait up to a year--or perhaps even longer--after they receive the NOA2 just to get an interview. Once you're through, London is going to schedule your SO an interview within 60 days. I can certainly see people resenting that fact.

Your missing the point K3 get processed completly apart from k1. I mean they have their own little center and even so k3s dont get approved for weeks months while k1 fly like hot cakes. It is a known fact that k3 is supposed to be a fast paced process but its not. Its been taking longer than k1.

Im convinced now that all my touches were due to the change of address. What a coincidence that my 130 had not gotten touched at all then around the same time that the lawyer called for a change of address both of our petitions started to get touched up left and right.~~Sigh

Don't worry DipSticks no touches, on either application for me since the checks were cashed. Not sure exactly what is going on but I have a feeling we will here something in the next 5 years. Just a hunch.

The power of prayer is great maybe we should all set a time to say a little quick prayer at the same time today or every day! The more voices is better than one for God to hear our prayer request to give us a little hand. Hello everyone I'm a newbie.

Well me being the dumbass I am mailed our K-3 to the California Service Center instead of Chicago so I am waiting to see if they are going to forward it to Chicago or mail it back to me. FedEx delivered it on 9/11.

I can't believe the K-3s are taking so long. My I-130 was approved in August and I already received the DS3032 and the I-863 Fee Bill which I will send out next week. I am hoping to get my K-3 to CDJ before my I-130 get there.

If any of you have any advice, tips, etc to give me I am open.

My daily prayer would be "God I know you have starving children.....sick ppl.......Dying elderly and those that need your help because don't know what how to deal with stress.......but I have a lil favor to ask of you.....Can I skip the line just this time and get my husband here.......I want to wake up next to him without paing $400 dolllars for a ticket $300 for a car....and $600 for hotel?? Well God thanx for everything and please don't forget its just this one time!!" Amen
