Dip-sticks your comment about down-day is right on the target. I feel the same way. Last month i thought I was close to geeting approval for I-130 and I checked USCIS status every morning but i never got approved. When I saw no action my mood also hit on the ground, I could not pay ant attention all day. But now i have learned. I check my status (129 and 130) twice a week at night. I see no action I sob and go to sleep, and start a new day. I really hope this ends soon.

I also feel for tracy, but I am also joining her. I filed 130 more than 6 months ago, I saw people got approval from June already. I feel very sad. I really feel very bad for my poor wife, when I see her beutiful pic I sob and think why me and why all of us?? Why create a LIFE act and people still burn in agony?? Why?? Why Bush feel to sorry about illigal Immig but do nothing for us?? Why?Why?

I choose to believe that if my husband and I can survive this trial of being forced to live apart for a year, with our marriage continuing to thrive and our love getting stronger everyday, then we will be able to conquer with ease just about anything life decides to throw at us when we are actually together again.

This experience is incredibly difficult, but if it is serving to strengthen your marriage, then maybe there is a little something to be gained from it all....

(But that doesn't mean I don't cry every night!)

Thats the best thing any member could've said about this painful process. You are so good tracy. I applaud the courage and optimism that you have. You are in my prayers. And yes you will have him by your side before christmas. Good luck.

Have you asked any lawmakers for help yet? I have seen people whose files were put on side but once some one followed through on their case, the cases started to move. An uncle of mine had been waiting since 2002 for his AOS, and they had simply had the file on the side until he called and spoke to an immigration officer. He got his approval after the call.

ae4ever....I look forward to hearing about your successful interview next month. And as far as courage and optimism go, I can only say it comes from God. I don't feel very strong these days, but with my Faith and the love of my husband, I know I'll be ok.

I try to keep in mind that there are many others who have much greater needs than mine. I am incredibly blessed and grateful for my life.

I told my husband the other day, "I could be falling asleep every night alone, with the indefinite lonliness I had not too long ago....OR....I could be falling asleep every night alone with the continual hope that soon, you'll be by my side."

At least I have hope now where there was none before.

I hear you dear tracy. You are the best example of how people should wait during this process.

Thanks for the interview wishes. I hope she doesn't get too nervous. I am anxiously waiting and praying for her to come home ASAP so that I could feel movements of our baby in her. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh ALLAH!!!!!!!!! Please give tracy an approval this week. Aameen.

Well my 129 got tocued today but I dont know it it was due to some one working on our petition or if it was because our lawyer told me that she was going to call today to update my adress change? What do you guys think? When you call uscis for an address change does it show touched on the very same da, or could it be that our 129 was actually worked on?

Yeah I hope its a sign of an up coming approval. I'm thinking it was just the address change that the lawyer said she was going to call in yesterday. What a coinsidence that she tells me she will call in to update my new address and that same say we get a touch? Maybe the touch was just do to the address change. I want to get my hopes high that it could be an approval but Im scared of being dissapointed so I will just hold my breath and see what these days bring. When people get aproved does the status change or does it show just a touch and at the same time do they get an email? Or is it no status change just an email or just a touch?
