But I would much rather question what I hear than to be a sheep. Sheep have low IQ's and suck up everything they are told. Do a google on Vietnam and Walter Cronkite and you will have a better idea about what I'm referring to.

Now that I see this Al Qaeda confirms it...yes I do. But I had my doubts before this article. I mean after the WMD Iraq thing, Vietnam, etc... I don't put a whole lot of trust in what our government tells us. I'm not a birther...that and I could give two sh*ts less where Obama was born...especially after eight years of Bush, Cheney, and Rove....but I don't believe everything I see on TV/news, etc...

when you think about it (and not act like a sheep that is just following a different shepherd) you understand that it pretty much had to be true from the get-go. Why would Obama lie? Especially NOW. If Obama were Nixon, he would lie about it in October 2012 when the popularity bounce would help his re-elecetion and there would be no chance his lies would be exposed before the vote.

As for me,if I see any photos of UBL I hope he is propped up in a chair holding his severed head in his lap.

I did not think he handled the after-execution well though. I think they should have gottemn the body out, brought it back here and slid it into the Hudson river when no one was watching so some cops could find him floating. Then the government could all shrug and say "Hmmm...how did THAT happen?" If they were going to lie, that is what they would have done.

This similar story was posted not only by Western media sources, but by Al Jeezera amongst others. Al Qaeda has nothing to gain and everything to lose by confirming Bin Ladens death.

If you want to be concerned... be concerned for the spouses, parents and children of military personal that are over in Iraq and Afghanistan atm over a BIG FAT F***NG LIE. We don't hear a whole lot about body counts on news these days like we did when Vietnam was going on. I blame that on a few reasons. First off there is no more draft, second people flat out don't give a sh*t anymore. No protest, no nothing. But for someone to get their leg blown off, or catch a bullet through their head..ya that's something to be concerned about.

News and the government told us our military was going over there to find Bin Laden, promote democracy, that we were winning the good fight, etc, etc.. wave some more American flags and swallow the bs. Same thing happened with Vietnam...except people did something about that. They went out and protested, got tear gassed, shot at with rubber bullets, beaten over the heads with night sticks, thrown in jail, etc... and they kept coming back for more for the fact they had a sack. Eventually Congress stopped funding that war that couldn't be won and our people came back home.

In the meantime Boeing, Lockheed, politicians, etc... made a killing off of that war at the expense of peoples lives.

I am and always have been. I never supported the invasion of Iraq - which clearly was built on a pile of lies - and felt that our effort in Afghanistan is absolutely useless. There hasn't been a moment where I haven't been crystal clear about that.

I am referring to the article Al Jeezera posted in regards to Al Qaeda confirming Bin Ladens death not the one where the US told everyone that our military killed him and then fed him to the fish a few hours later.

Those weren't just rubber bullets. Remember the Kent State shootings? That was live ammo that killed a few anti-war protesters and wounded several others.

Yep Obama hasn't done jack ####### about getting us out of these two wars, and he along with the rest of them never told the truth. But even before Obama it wasn't the same. Until Pat Tillman got whacked by friendly fire it was just another story with pics. And even then the government/military lied about how Tillman got whacked. Seriously nobody cares anymore. If they did there would be pure mayhem out in the streets. Some good ol fashion molotov cocktails, sit ins, window breaking, burning down recruiting centers, etc.. Not even the US media gives a sh*t anymore. Where's the the news breaking story's like there was after the Tet Offensive in '68? Where's the digging, the probing for the truth by our media ? It's this new generation of weasels that's leading the way and what has it done for us? Not a fckng thing...that's what.

The days of Cronkite breaking open the big one with what was really going on, Water Gate, etc... those days are over with. The media these days has zero spine. We have been steadily getting out of Iraq since Obama took office. Having already entered Afghanistan we needed to continue, and while Obama did increase our forces there he did so logically, for better or worse setting a public timetable on the buildup and planned withdrawal. Obama has also taken the fight into Pakistan, where both AQ and the Taliban fled. All to the good since no President has magical powers allowing the reversal of time.
