I got my NOA2 on April 26, and phoned the NVC today at 603 334 0700 to get a status update. I was told that my petition was forwarded on May 4 to Embassy Manila. I went to the DHL USA site and entered EXP 05 MAY 2011A in the tracking reference box and clicked "track." Several packages went out to various countries from NVC, and the one to Manila has the tracking number 8798000352. If your Embassy Manila petition is on its way, you can track it at: http://track.dhl-usa.com/TrackByNbr.asp?nav=TrackBynumber. By the way, the package weighs 42 pounds so there are lots of petitions crammed in the box. Hopefully, one of them is yours. As of 12:30pm Friday May 6, the package has left the DHL hub in Ohio, and is on its way to Manila. Good luck!!!

Hmmmmmm, I thought I explained that in my original post. Go to the link http://track.dhl-usa.com/TrackByRef.asp?nav=TrackByRef and enter EXP 05 MAY 2011A in the "reference" box. In the "shipment pickup date range", enter the dates May 4 to May 6. A list of packages will appear and you look for the one that was shipped to Manila, and you will see a corresponding "tracking number" in red. Please note: the NVC "forwarded" the petition on May 4; but DHL did not pick up the package until May 5; hence the one day delay. Hope that explains everything.
