Hey yall

I am in the AOS process, My EAD has been approved and i already received my card.. right now I'm just waiting on my Greencard to be approved... we have been living at my wife's parents house since December and now we are ready to move in our own apartment.. I know we have to let the USCIS know that we have a new address, but I wanted to ask two things frist

Will it delay EVEN MORE my AOS process if I do this update (Address change) now? I would not mind receiving my info and greencard at my in-law's house

if it is actually something that will eventually bring up problems in the near future and I need to update my address .. where am I supposed to do this?

Thanks!

oh Im sure my in-laws would be okay with it.. and they love me sooo haha.. no problem there... I just want to make sure I wont have problems with USCIS by not letting them now I've moved out and I ahve a new address..

If it was me, id rather inform my in laws and let them receive it (that is if theyre not against me or something).

Once you've got the Green Card, G uses the AR-11 to update his address online. Jen uses the I-865 and submits that through the mail.
