Its been just under two months since my original submission. Even though processing time shows as 5 months for CA, I believe they are catching up and it will take around 4. I am really bad at waiting and its already been 7 months since I saw my baby next to me. My birthday is in October and I am not a religious person but I am praying she is here by October 16th. I have hope that it will happen. Just need to not think about it. Every day is torture and even though I see her on camera every day, its just not enough. Almost every day while driving I think about how I am going to pick her up from the airport and drive home together. It keeps me going

We applied in mid-February (I-130) and landed in CA as well. No evidence of action on our applications so far, so it's been three months now since NOA1. Still 2 months to go till the processing time average... I'm pretty sure you guys could make it by October, if the consular processing isn't screwed at the end of the summer :)
