Sorry. Some people refer to Native Americans here as Indian, so I thought I'd make the distinction.

Curious. "America" comes from the name of an Italian. Why would you call Indians (indiginous people) Native "Americans"? seems far lore insulting than "Indian" which is just a generic term. Besides, they are not "native" They just got here before Europeans did. How soon do you have to have arrived here from somewhere else to be called a "native"

You can have both the girls though, as far as I am concerned, whereever they are from.

Reunification is out of the question. An overwhelmingly majority-Hindu nation is a nice thing to have. No one wants those jihadi types to have seats in Parliament in New Delhi. No one.

Reunify India and Pakistan and also North and South Korea. Hell, even throw in North and South Dakota.

Reunite India and Pakistan? Steven has lost his mind. Whatever cultural similarities existed between India and Pakistan in 1947 have diminished every day since as Pakistan becomes more and more "middle eastern" and India's cultural center of gravity shifts south.
:bonk: It's never shifting, as it always was in the South rather than in the North. The demographic centre has been shifting northward for decades (due to the undeveloppable north having considerably lower acceptance of family-planning)!

It just seems like a more pragmatic and long term solution to the ongoing tension between the two countries. Pakistan seems far off from accepting a more western democratic government.
And what makes you think they'll accept democracy more easily by reunifying? The sum total of their "acceptance" (a huge negative number) was revealed 1971/03/26 when Mujibur Rehman (who won Pakistan's last fair--but non-upheld--election) was arrested, and the genocidal "Operation Searchlight" launched by the military thugocracy!
