Hello, I just got married to my USC girlfriend, in presence my wife :)

I'm from Europe and came to USA on B2 visa. My visa is valid and also my stay is valid until july. I'm filling out the forms and have some qestions. It would be great if you could help me. I would really appreciate it.

So...

form I 130

question 21 I filling for you husband/wife give last address at which you lived together. from..... to..... we still live at the same place what should i write? date of sending the forms or should i fill in to present time

form G325

on the bottom - this form is submited in connection with an application for:

naturalization

status of permanent residence

other (specify)

I 485

part 3 B

realtionship - should I fill in spouse?

I 765

between qestion 11 and 12 on the top right side of form there is a question - which USCIS office? date

i just dont know if i should fill it in or leave it free. the problem is when i try to type in the address of chicagos office i run of of the space and computer e-form doesnt allow me to type in anymore. so please how did you write the address in, or did you leave that column empty?

THANK YOU in andvance. Have a nice day

1. just put the date you moved in that apt to "present".

2. Status as a permanent resident - that is what AOS is for. "Naturalization" means getting a US citizenship.

3. You are married - so yes, spouse would seem appropriate.. :)

4. That "Which USCIS office" is a part of question 11: "Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS - If yes, complete below: Which USCIS office" etc. So if you have not had EAD before, you answer NO to 11, and do not fill out the rest.

Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for your reply. Can you help me please with one more question please? For the form G-325 - I understand that it should be filled out by both partners. When my wife fills out the form, for the section that states: "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" (which one should be selected?):

naturalization

status as a permanent resident, or

other (specify)

I think that "others" should be checked and we should specify I-130. What do you think, or what are your experiencies please?

thank you once again
