Can someone tell me the difference between the I-864 and the I-864A. I am living with my daughter (10) and I am sponsoring my husband. My income is above the poverty level + my assets. I would be the person sponsoring my husband. What form should I complete the I-864 or I-864A?:unsure::help:

thanks

Have you checked the Guide here on VJ? http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 It contains lots of very good information.

The petitioner would complete an I-864.

I-864A is what a co-sponsor would fill out. You will be filling out the I-864.
