Is your life on hold?

Waiting for this process to conclude so that our lives can move forward is torture. I'm alive but I'm not really living life because I'm incomplete without my beloved here with me. Does anyone else feel like their lives are on hold? If not, how are you feeling? How are you cooping with this situation?

My "love" isn't gone, but my dad is gone... and I feel like i've put alot of things in my life on hold... including my own "love life" and other aspects of my life... until he gets back, hopefully this month?

I've gotten better with it though, i'm going back to my old self pretty quickly now.

Oh totally and 100% completely.

I wake up, I go to work, I come home, I go to bed.

And that's literally the extent of my existence.

Craig and I talk about it constantly. We don't want to watch TV or see movies or listen to new music or read books or watch the news without each other, becuase it's just...not as interesting if we can't have the other there to experience it with us.

I am so bored of the internet but yet I can't pry myself away.

I feel like everything mostly revolves around what time we can talk.

I make plans around it...or hell I just don't make plans.

Sounds silly I guess. But I don't like to miss having some interaction with him...

When he is here I hardly ever get online!

I want to wake up with him, have breakfast, and start my day....THEN come home and he is there! That would be heaven!

This sounds exactly like me. My "free time" is internet time. And I get really upset when my free time is filled up with other things than talking to Craigory. Like tonight, my normal schedule is to leave work at 5:30, get home by 6:30 (I have quite a drive) eat dinner, and be talking to Craig by 7, but tonight, we are having a farewell party of one of the other employees at work. I'm currently trying to figure out how long is long enough to stay without looking like I'm bolting.

We're living quite normal lives, because if we hadn't we would have broken up long ago. Just extra phone calls at night.

I'd much rather have a life that is filled with talking to my baby, than a life that is filled with trying to get a higher post count on VJ.

I keep busy but yes, I feel like my life is kind of on hold. On the cusp of big change. And the closer it gets, the less I feel like doing stuff here. I just want to get over there and start living life together already.

(but it still scares me a little. )

This is why this is a great site. All I do is Work long hours to try and keep my mind of the fact my pregnate wife is in guatemala. when i am not at work i am home looking a visa paperwork or talking to my wife on the phone or sleeping. I can not wait till she is here. All my friends just do not understand they are always trying to get me to go out but i feel guilty because I know my wife and daughter are in a 3rd world country.
