I can't believe my eyes, but the VSC actually kept it's processing time with my petition. :dance:

I am so appreciative of this petition approval, now my secondary planning can begin. I know Olya is going to be excited when I wake her up in about an hour. :yes: Anyway, to those of you who are still waiting, I pray for your immediate approvals. God Bless you all and I'll keep you posted on any issue we may have. I expect Olya to be questioned, with respect to this being my second petition in 4 years. I don't forsee any problems with that, since she knows about all that happened. Also I wrote it in the I-129F package explaining the situation. OK, good luck to all of you and you all will be hearing from me. :lol:

Feb 01, 2011 - Sent I-129F to Texas Lockbox

Feb 07, 2011 - I-129F Received

Feb 19, 2011 - NOA1 (Mail)

May 13, 2011 - NOA2 (e-mail notice)

May 17, 2011 - NOA 2 (Mail)

May 28, 2011 - Got case number after 2 weeks of waiting

May 30-31, 2011 - 2-day Medical at SLMEC (without the NVC letter, just the MCN)

July 01, 2011 - Interview (APPROVED despite delayed documents!)

July 14, 2011 - Picked up visa from 2Go Main

July 15, 2011 - Bought one-way ticket for first time immigrant (rate)

July 18, 2011 - CFO at SMEF-COW

July 31, 2011 - Flight to the US! (Finally!)

congrats!!!!! Good luck with the rest of the process.

May 2008- L is pushed into jagged rocks by a 12 ft wave while surfing in Chile. K saves her from certain watery death. Performs CPR and secretly enjoys it.

Sept 2008- L returns to the U.S. to finish school.

Dec 2008- K wins a surfing competition, uses prize money to buy L ticket to Chile.

Jan 2009- L visits K in Chile, 5 months pregnant!

April 2009- future world champion of surfing is born

Nov 2010- engaged!

Nov 28, 2010- petition sent

Dec 3, 2010- NOA 1

Dec 10, 2010- touched

May 6, 2011- NOA 2

May 17, 2011- sent to Embassy from NVC
