03/04/2011 ----- RFE reply sent

03/08/2011 ----- RFE received and being reviewed at USCIS

03/17/2011 ----- NOA2 (I-129F approved)

03/23/2011 ----- NOA2 hard copy received

03/29/2011 ----- NVC received our Case

04/04/2011 ----- NVC letter received and case forwarded to US embassy Manila

04/08/2011 ----- US Embassy Manila received our case (Consulate)

04/16/2011 ----- Received Eligibility Letter from US Embassy Manila dated April 8, 2011

03/18/11 - confirmed delivery to lockbox via usps

03/22/11 - NOA1 issued

03/24/11 - Received email re: application was received and forwarded to VSC and NOA1 mailed out

03/24/11 - Check cashed

03/28/11 - Received NOA1 hardcopy by mail

03/29/11 - "Touched"

05/05/11 - Baby flew home :(

Hi Guys,

Finally, It has come through. I got e-mail this afternoon from USCIS saying that it was approved on 03MAY and the receipt was mailed the same day. I woke up my "love" middle of the night and told her the good news.

I still need help !! What is next step, can any one tell me please!!!!

COngratulations! If it is a K-1, then one of two things will happen. Your file will either now be forwarded to NVC where they will do further background processing and then sent to the consulate, or your file will be sent to the consulate directly. You need to wait for the letter which will come to you in the mail shortly, in the body of the letter it will tell you if your file went to NVC or to the consulate. Either way, whomever it goes to, you will later receive a letter from them giving you details on what is happening and the next steps. If you want to contact the NVC to see if they have your file (wait about a week) the number is 603-334-0700. Hope this helps

I received NOA1 for K1 on 04NOV and approved today!!!!

Please guide me what is next?????

I received my NOA2 today by mail. It says that USCIS has forwarded to the listed consulate. Does that mean our package did not go through NVC instead was forwarded to consulate in the country where my fiancee is???? Has this happened to any one, please suggest.
