work visa through a business

Hi Everyone, Ok I'm 99% sure what I'm hoping to do won't work but I figured better to ask you guys here before I call an Immigration lawyer..lol I(10 year green card at the moment..but applying for citizenship this summer) and my USC husband own a business in SC..what are the odds of bringing my older daughter(and her family) into the states through the business? any chance I could sponsor her for a work visa?

That actually works best if you custom tailor a job for her. Let's say she's a nuclear physicist with a Ph.D, and the job description is for such a position with the additional requirement of being fluent in English, French, Persian, and Sanskrit. Not many people would be able to fit into such a narrow job. So that's how you have to do that: find out everything she's good at outside her professional skills and make it a requirement for the job for reasons only you know.

It has to be a job that the business can demonstrate cannot be filled by someone already in the US. So do some research into the costs (for the business) and procedures. As Bob stated, the narrower the pool of potential candidates, the better shot at the visa.
