Hi! I was just wondering if any January 2011 filers have gotten approved yet by USCIS? or even heard from them since the NOA 1 was sent out.

I think you still have a week or two before the January NOA2s start trickling in.... In the past couple of days for the CR1 for California USCIS the dates have been 12/16 (2 of them), 12/20, and 12/23... so getting closer!

I have seen that one filer for K-1 that send the I-130 on December 29th. and received NOA-1 on Jan 5th. has been approved !!!!! this begins guys !!!!

hello to all were all in the same boat...looks like the janurary fliers are starting to show up..all the info i get about dates igors list according to that k-1 is on dec27 and i do see some lucky janurary filiers got noa2 how true or accurate igors list is i dont know but it sheds some light for me...good luck to all in your journeys

I just looked on the list too it seems like we have so many people before us though...but you are right seeing a few jan. filers does really shed some light for me too.. good luck to you too! Have you started getting your documents ready for NVC yet?

You have to go on the menu to immigration timelines , make a click in CR-1 and then you will see how many filed for each month , when they had their NOA1, NOA2, INTERVIEWS.
