I601 is the twilight zone of USCIS processing times. I cannot remember ever having someone say they had a petition adjudicated there... that might bode well for you and it goes faster

yeah, its in country waiver i am currently in the USA. I heard tha they were doing Oct a few weeks back, but do you think they would provide this information if I call the 1800 # ? or is it mostly case by case?

I am curious myself. October I601 cases stateside? Interesting... where did you get that info? I don't think the 800 number will have access to info on an I601 but certainly try and let us know if it works.

All over the Map with the processing times. Wonder if you can do some research and find a telephone number for the office that adjudicates these? Not sure I have ever seen it but find out who the director of that section is and google it

Good morning!

I got the info when i called the 1800 number. I was trying to find out where my case was. and she said the current processing time was Oct something, she did tell me the date i think she said 22nd. so she provided me with that info. not sure if she was completly correct- as that 800 # wasnt correct on where my case was !

when did you file? they recieved my appication Dec 29th 2010 were you able to try and see if you could get any info?
