AOS

08-30-2011 - AOS/EAD packet sent

09-12-2011 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD with 09-08 notice date

10-11-2011 - Biometrics appointment (appointment letter received on 09/19)

11-03-2011 - EAD card production request

11-14-2011 - EAD in the mail

12-08-2011 - Interview date (e-mail notification date 11/08) APPROVED!

12-13-2011 - Card production ordered

12-14-2011 - Card mailed to our address

12-17-2011 - Got gc in the mailbox! Valid until 12/13/2013 <wonderful christmas gift>

**No more USCIS for two years**

The US Embassy in Manila responded to my Email and said the CENOMAR has no VALIDITY! so what is the earliest we should get out CENOMAR? She has never been Married.What have others done at thier Interview????? One Month before Interview?????? my fiances is January 11th.

well if u will gonna inquire in the NSO they will tell u 6 mons. validity only.. how will they gonna get money from the filipino people if CENOMAR has no validity?.. :P:blush:

and i think i know the OP.. his fiancee required another CENOMAR it is bcoz the CO has a reason why he required his fiancee to get another CENOMAR... :)

and i think i know the OP.. his fiancee required another CENOMAR it is bcoz the CO has a reason why he required his fiancee to get another CENOMAR... :)

Bear in mind that government employees have their "own" little ways to make money. :bonk:

That is what the email said.it really makes no difference to me because she will get a current one anyway.hers is almost 6 mths old.the CO must have had a reason to request a later CENOMAR than the one she had and its only a Month old.....So we will make sure we have a later copy of it about a couple weeks before the interview.

Anyway they get "MONEY" when you first apply for it anyway!
